In order to ensure that your accounts are as meaningful as possible, we undertake to produce your year-end accounts within four weeks of receiving all your records, if not before.
For financial years commencing on or after 1 January 2015, UK accounting standards are being replaced by Financial Reporting Standards 100, 101 and 102. These standards align UK GAAP with International Financial Reporting Standards and will affect all but the smallest companies. We can guide you through the impact that this will have on your statutory accounts and how it could affect on your company’s balance sheet, taxable profits, tax payable and its compliance with banking covenants.
